The words "We want to connect with you" appeared, the author writes, and were followed at once by a feeling akin to slipping into a lucid dream, which the poster described as a glitchy, frequency-like sensation in the head.
The author also reports a brief glimpse of a figure resembling a grey alien. By the poster's account, the visitor gave off nothing negative or threatening. Even so, the writer became frightened and said aloud that they preferred not to proceed just then. The experience, according to the post, ended immediately.
The poster describes themselves as very new to such matters and offers a mundane explanation without prompting: the episode may have been a product of being half-asleep, though it felt vivid at the time.
