Three Knocks, a Closet Light and a Flying Wrench Alarm Bedroom Sleeper

THE INTERNET — A video said to record a night of unsettling bedroom happenings was submitted this week to r/Paranormal, where its poster described it as the "craziest thing I've ever seen on video." The poster asked readers whether anyone could account for it.

According to the post, the footage came from a friend, who sent it that morning with a message saying he was too frightened to do anything but wait until sunrise. The poster did not say where the friend lives, and the video itself could not be examined for this report.

The poster relays that, before he began recording, the friend heard three knocks and then saw the light in his bedroom closet switch on. Those events, the post says, prompted him to pick up his camera.

The video reportedly ends with a noise, which the poster identifies as a wrench, kept on the friend's dresser, being thrown in his direction. The post does not say whether anyone was struck, nor does it describe what, if anything, was seen to throw it.

No mundane explanation was offered in the post itself. The poster simply invited readers to propose one, leaving the matter, for the time being, with the commenters of r/Paranormal and the friend, who is understood to be awaiting daylight.
