Blogger Says Grusch Told Rogan of Crash Site Firefight With 'Reptillian' Soldiers

A UFO news site reports that a Joe Rogan interview with the former government whistleblower produced startling claims, and predicts a living alien on live television is coming.

Strangeness 4 of 5

A post published this week on the website UFO Sightings Daily asserts that David Grusch, described by the post as a government UFO whistleblower, made remarkable disclosures during a recent interview with broadcaster Joe Rogan. The post is dated October 2026 and appears under the byline of Scott C. Waring, the site's author.

According to Mr. Waring, the conversation turned "really interesting" when Mr. Grusch described an encounter in which American soldiers travelled to the site of a crashed craft. The soldiers, the post says, were attacked there, and responded to what it calls Reptillian soldiers who fired upon them. The post does not supply the date or place of the alleged incident, nor any names, nor a transcript or timestamp from the interview. Readers wishing to verify the account would need to consult the interview itself, which this newspaper has not reviewed.

The author acknowledges that the material may be hard to accept. Most people, he writes, know of UFOs but have never tried to imagine what the occupants look like, though he holds that reality is always more interesting than the lie.

Mr. Waring goes on to argue that a great deal of information must be made available to the public, so that people may work through its implications and be emotionally prepared for what he calls full disclosure day. He says most have not heard such accounts because the circumstances are matters of national security. No documents or officials are cited in support of this.

Records Said to Show 67 Drone Reports at U.S. Nuclear Sites, Many Unresolved

A Freedom of Information Act release from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission is drawing attention from UAP researchers, as Washington's UFO business continues apace.

Strangeness 2 of 5

A digest entry on The Anomalist, itself summarizing a report by Liberation Times, draws attention to what it describes as 67 drone-related reports obtained from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission through the Freedom of Information Act. The report is credited to Kyle Warfel and Christopher Sharp. Its headline refers to repeated drone flights over American nuclear sites, including reactors near Langley Air Force Base.

According to the digest's author, identified only by the initials WM, the records heighten the seriousness of events left "unresolved" and raise questions about how thoroughly they were investigated. The digest adds that the relevance to possible UFO or UAP incursions is plain, and that NASA had a role in responding to the incidents. The source does not supply further detail on the individual reports.

Shag Harbour's Famous Splash Eclipsed Other Nova Scotia Sightings, Writer Notes

A digest entry from The Anomalist points readers to a CBC look back at October 1967, plus two further UFO reports from 1976 and a police sighting.

Strangeness 2 of 5

The 1967 Shag Harbour "crash/splash" has long been counted among the major cases in Canadian ufology, but it may also have cast a shadow over other events that night, according to a digest entry in The Anomalist. The entry, credited to the initials WM, relays a point made by Richard Woodbury in a piece republished by CBC, remembering the night of Oct. 4, 1967, over Nova Scotia.

Woodbury notes, the digest says, that such "Big" cases tend to drown out other sightings in the local press. One of the lesser-publicized events from that night was apparently formative for Chris Styles, the Canadian ufologist whose interest eventually produced a book on the main case, Impact To Contact: The Shag Harbour Incident.

Truck Driver Recalls Moon-Men Landing of 1953, in Interview Gathered Under Cover of Engine Talk

A newly translated 1979 interview describes how investigators arranged a casual meeting with the witness to the Villares del Saz case, in Cuenca province, Spain.

Strangeness 3 of 5

A previously handwritten account of a 1979 interview with Máximo Muñoz, the witness to a reported landing at Villares del Saz on July 1, 1953, has been translated and published by Inexplicata, with thanks to researcher Vicente-Juan Ballester Olmos.

According to the notes by Dr. Antonio Bueno, the investigators did not announce their purpose. A companion, José Luis Solano, a relation of the witness, pretended to seek advice about truck trouble, while Bueno's presence was explained by a planned test drive of a rally car. The party spent an hour over coffee discussing trucks before the subject turned to UFOs.

Two men who said they were newspaper reporters spent forty-five minutes inside the home of radio journalist Danny Gordon, according to the show notes of a recent Weird Darkness podcast episode. One asked questions while the other walked through the rooms with a camera. The newspaper they named, the notes say, had no record of either man.

Mr. Gordon had been investigating the 1987 UFO sightings at Wytheville, Virginia. The episode's summary states that the work brought him warning calls and a break-in, and that some of his negatives later went missing.

Island Teachers Import Ghost by Sealed Envelope; Transfer Reported Smooth

A tale described as 'supposedly' true holds that two schoolteachers on Savary Island gave their new castle a resident spirit, with no ill effects.

Strangeness 2 of 5

A lighthearted account, published by The Tyee and noted by The Anomalist, describes how residents of Savary Island, off the Sunshine Coast, once imported a ghost. The digest describing the piece calls the story "supposedly" true.

According to the account, the events took place in the 1960s, when a pair of schoolteachers completed the construction of a castle of their own. Having finished the building, they reportedly concluded that only one thing was missing: a resident spook.

Board Asks Whether Wachowskis' Space Opera Was Secret Disclosure All Along

An anonymous poster on /x/ argues that a widely panned film about harvested humans may have been a message that slipped past an inattentive public.

Strangeness 3 of 5

An anonymous poster on 4chan's /x/ board has put forward the proposition that a certain film by the creators of The Matrix was less a failed blockbuster than a piece of coded disclosure. The post does not name the film, but its details, including a house named for Abrasax, point replies toward Jupiter Ascending.

According to the post, the film presents reincarnation as a natural fact of the universe. It also depicts Earth as a farm where extraterrestrial humans harvest people for a rejuvenation serum the post calls "loosh". The author adds that people must live full lives and develop genetic diversity for the serum to work. The poster wonders why the picture is so seldom discussed alongside other disclosure media, given what the author calls its terrible writing.

Underwater archaeologists working in the Eastern Harbor of Alexandria have recovered a bronze seal ring engraved with the likeness of the fabled Lighthouse of Alexandria, according to an announcement by Egypt's Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities.

The ring was found at Antirhodos, a sunken royal island that once formed part of the harbor district known as Portus Magnus. Divers also brought up pottery, tableware, oil lamps and glassware. The Pharos has previously been identified on Roman coins of the second century A.D., but officials say this is the first time it has appeared on a seal ring. Hisham El-Leithy, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities, called the discovery "exceptional."

Mile-Long Martian Cloud Forms Out of Nothing, Scientists Report; Textbook Physics Invoked

Researchers say a yearly ice cloud over Arsia Mons can be modelled only if a process long deemed theoretical is allowed to occur.

Strangeness 2 of 5

A cloud that appears each year above a Martian volcano has led scientists to propose a process never before identified in a planetary atmosphere, according to a paper published in Nature Geoscience on October 7, 2026.

The Arsia Mons Elongated Cloud, or AMEC, forms in Mars's southern hemisphere during the spring and summer dust season. It consists of water ice, and the report states it can stretch up to 1,800 kilometers, forming in the early morning and dissipating later in the day. The cycle repeats over several months. The cloud has been studied since its discovery in 2018.

Okinawa Physicists Nudge Levitating Diamond With Light-Driven Electron Spin

A team reports that the spin of trapped electrons produced enough force to move a centimeter-scale object suspended against gravity, though it stops short of true quantum superposition.

Strangeness 1 of 5
Image: The Debrief

Researchers at the Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST) report that they have used the quantum spin of electrons to move a diamond held in levitation, according to a study published in Science Advances and summarized by The Debrief.

The apparatus, as described, centers on a diamond containing billions of nitrogen-vacancy centers, which are atomic defects that trap electrons whose spin can be controlled with light. The diamond was suspended above a magnet and joined to a levitating graphite plate by a carbon-fiber rod. Pulses of green laser light altered the electron spin states, producing small magnetic forces that set the assembly in motion.
