Planet-Sized Object Said to Slip From Sun in Five Frames of NASA Imagery

THE SUN — Scott C. Waring, author of the blog UFO Sightings Daily, reports that he found a remarkable object departing the sun while searching images from the SOHO spacecraft, a NASA-linked archive of solar pictures. The sighting is dated October 17, 2026.

According to the post, the anomaly appears in only five frames. Mr. Waring describes a huge sphere with a glowing, contained ring around it, and says that as it leaves the sun a cube appears in front of it. He writes that he has never seen anything like it.

The author goes on to offer his interpretation. He believes the object is a planet-sized craft that had been at the sun's center, together with others, in a hollowed-out region that might hold a whole miniature system of moon- and planet-sized ships. His proposed motives are energy, protection from rival alien races, and a vantage point for watching the solar system.

Mr. Waring also suggests the object could be Nibiru, otherwise called Planet X, which he describes as a massive body with an orbit lasting thousands of years. He adds that NASA has said a mysterious trail found in the solar system suggests an unknown planet may exist.
