An independent researcher and engineer based in Costa Rica has turned modern artificial intelligence upon one of the more singular encounters in American paranormal literature, according to a program description published this week by Unknown Country.

The researcher, Luis Quiros, appears as guest on Dreamland, hosted by Whitley Strieber. The description states that Mr. Quiros has worked at the intersection of advanced physics, artificial intelligence and geometric algebra, and that he used present-day AI systems to examine what the "Master of the Key" told Mr. Strieber more than twenty-five years ago.

The central question, as the program frames it, is how much of what the Master said could reasonably have been known in 1998. The statements under review concern climate change, gravity, consciousness, artificial intelligence and the future power of intelligent machines. The description holds that these ideas appear very different when viewed from the technological world of 2026. It does not say what the AI systems concluded, and readers are directed to Mr. Quiros's written analysis on the site.

The conversation reportedly goes beyond prediction. Mr. Quiros, the description says, finds parallels between the circumstances of Mr. Strieber's encounter and ancient esoteric teaching, suggesting that "the night is the teaching." The discussion then turns to the Master's identity, the meaning of humanity's "fall" into time, and what the program calls correspondences between The Key and the Gospel of Thomas.

The program poses its own closing question: whether the Master was simply an extraordinarily knowledgeable man, or something far stranger. The description offers no answer, and no independent verification of the claimed predictions. Listeners seeking one are invited to subscribe to the website.
