Pentagon Opens Seventh Drawer of UFO Files; Black Triangles Lead the Inventory
Twenty-eight documents cleared for release by the Department of War are said to include reports of triangular craft over sensitive military sites, along with Skinwalker Ranch, Catalina Island and a NASA guide to space fragments.
WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Department of War on October 23 released a seventh batch of files on unidentified aerial phenomena, twenty-eight documents in all, according to a digest entry published by The Anomalist. The entry, signed with the initials WM, describes the release as consisting entirely of PDF files.
By the digest's count, twenty-five of the documents originate with the Department of War itself. One comes from the FBI, one is attributed simply to the "U.S. Government," and one is from the Executive Office of the President. The digest does not describe the contents of the files directly, and relies on press accounts of them.
Chief among those accounts is a report by NewsNation's Joe Khalil. According to the digest, he highlights three separate reports describing what the FBI and the Pentagon call a black, triangle-shaped craft flying over sensitive military sites. The digest adds a note of caution that a video by Mills Hayes accompanying the article is, at this moment, misleading.
The New York Post, in a piece by Emily Goodin, takes up the triangle theme and extends the inventory. As summarized by the digest, the newspaper reports that the release also touches on Skinwalker Ranch and Catalina Island. It also mentions a NASA document from the 1960s offering guidance on what to do if one comes into contact with space fragments.
