Meditator Reports Vivid Eye of Horus During Hemi-Sync Session

THE INTERNET — A Reddit user posting to r/Experiencers has described a meditation session that ended with an unexpected visitor of a symbolic sort: the Eye of Horus, which the author says appeared vividly while they lay in repose.

According to the post, the event took place a few months ago. The author says they were listening to a Hemi-Sync recording found on YouTube, a type of audio that is commonly used to accompany meditation. The author adds, in a note of hindsight, that this was "probably not a good idea."

The writer states that at the time of the vision they recognised the image only as the "Egyptian eye." After the session, they say, they looked it up and concluded that it was definitely the Eye of Horus and not the Eye of Ra, a distinction they appear to regard as significant.

The author describes themselves as new to the whole business and closes with an appeal to the community: anyone who knows why such an image might appear is asked to say so. The post offers no further detail on the circumstances, and, at the time of writing, no explanation is included in the source material.

This newspaper notes only that the post makes no claim of danger or harm, and that the author remains cheerful throughout, concluding with a smiling face.
