Dreamer Reports Extracting Black 'Worm' From Forehead During Out-of-Body Journey

THE ASTRAL PLANE — A Reddit user posting to r/Experiencers has described an unusual operation said to have been performed during an out-of-body experience: the removal, by hand, of a long black creature from the region of the third eye.

According to the post, the author felt an urge to take hold of the spot between the brows and pulled out what is described as a worm-like, parasitical thing. The author writes that it struggled to emerge, and that a hard pulling sensation and pain accompanied the extraction.

The matter did not end there. The creature, the post says, clung strongly to the author's hand, and was transferred to the left hand. The author then reports using what is called void or destructive magic to erase it from existence. Touching the thing with the energy body, the writer adds, felt like a painful, almost magnetic glue.

The aftermath, according to the post, was favourable. The author reports feeling a good deal more clarity, as though a cloud had been lifted from the mental sphere.

The account offers no corroboration and no mundane explanation, and the author does not claim otherwise. The post closes with an open question to fellow members of the forum: has anyone else experienced something like this? At the time of writing, this newspaper has no record of replies.
